Australian South Sea Islander Community Foundation Scholarship

BMD Civil Engineering and Construction Scholarship

You must be entering your third year of full-time study in 2017 in one of: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Civil) Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Construction) Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Civil and Construction). Conditions There is one scholarship valued at AUD $5,000 per annum. This scholarship is awarded in your third year, and is tenable for up to two years, provided you maintain a full-time enrolment in an eligible course and are proceeding satisfactorily. The scholarship will be paid in two installments during each scholarship year. The first will be in Semester 1 and the second in Semester 2 of each scholarship year. The scholarship may contribute to Commonwealth assisted fees or provide a study stipend. You will be encouraged to commit to six weeks of paid vacation work annually. This will generally be offered during November, December and January of each calendar year. Vacation work will be separately facilitated and paid by BMD.

Bond Business School Postgraduate Bursaries

Eligibility is judged on your contribution to the community, whatever form that might take. The bursary is not available to students already enrolled in any of the programs listed above. You must be academically qualified for entry into your chosen program and accept a place in the program if one is offered. Eligibility is not judged solely on academic achievement or financial need, but on your contribution to the community. Examples of judging criteria include community involvement, leadership qualities, artistic achievements, sporting achievements, and other activities where you have been recognised for your contribution. The Bond Business School Postgraduate Bursary has been developed to financially assist new postgraduate students enrolling in certain programs within the Bond Business School. The bursary will be assessed on a variety of factors including contribution to the community.
