To be eligible, students must:
be a Malaysian citizen and normally reside in Malaysia.
meet the minimum academic entry requirements for their desired IES Foundation Year program.
Scholarships are available to all Malaysian students to celebrate the official opening of IES Foundation Year's second campus. The scholarships are available for entry into all 2017 Foundation Year programs, including first and second semester intakes for the Standard, Express and Extended programs.
All Malaysian students will automatically have the scholarship applied to their upfront tuition fees unless applying for an academic scholarship, such as the IES Foundation Year Scholarship for Outstanding Malaysian Students and the IES Foundation Year Scholarship for Outstanding Music Students.
If a student's application for an academic scholarship is successful, they will no longer be eligible for the New Campus scholarship. Scholarships may not be not be used simultaneously.

Value of scholarship Malaysian IES New Campus scholarships range from AUD$ 5,700- AUD $7,525 (2017) covering 25% of the total tuition fees. Scholarships are automatically applied to the upfront tuition fees.
