Keeping our distance but staying together is our way of getting through the #COVID-19 pandemic. As we adapt to new lifestyles and social changes, we must remember that we aren’t alone. Help and support is available whenever and wherever you need it. Watch here to learn more.

A message to friends and family

Stay safe, stay in touch and be patient. Our borders aren't open, which is why our lines of communication must be. Continue the circle of communication with our close family and friends, keeping our loved ones updated on our situation. We are in this together and will get through this together. Reach out regularly and close the distance between you, your family and friends.

Looking after your mental health while isolated

Your mental health and wellbeing is important in this unprecedented time. Take some time out of your day to acknowledge your feelings. How you tried new ways of adapting to studying, socialising or other activities? Ask your family and friends on how they are adjusting to the new new way of life. The more you speak out and reach out, the closer you will get to finding your own routine.

Stay together and look out for each other, we are #InThisTogether #COVID19

Managing #COVID-19 involves staying proactive and positive in following regulations and restrictions. Share the right information and updates with close family members and friends. This is how you can play your part in looking out for each other but also keeping the distance.

Keeping social while distancing! #InThisTogether #COVID19

Technology has become an even more important tool in our lives while we all play our part in social distancing. This is the time and opportunity for us to learn, utilise and innovate the technological space for better social and collaboration online. Staying together by staying digitally connected will help us stay safe and confident during #Covid-19.
