Digitally Effective

Being digitally effective means you know how to engage with multi-media and digital technologies to participate in society, communicate with others and create and consume digital content in an ethical and safe way. It encompasses effective information management, knowing how to use, store and handle information and data appropriately. Employers in all contexts want people who can synthesise information, think critically and apply judgment independently and correctly to identify key issues. Your personal security, privacy and online identity is a key part of demonstrating your digital effectiveness to an employer.
