Self-management is fundamental to maintaining a healthy, happy and meaningful life and career. Taking responsibility for your own behaviour, actions and choosing how you respond to people and situations is an important life skill. It is important for you to look after yourself, your health and well-being, and grow as a person, not just at your education institution or your workplace, but truly understand who you are. By making a commitment to lifelong learning to support both your goals and an organisation’s goals is a great way to demonstrate value-add to your organisation.

How to build your capability:

  • Ask for feedback from friends, family and your workplace.
