Queensland offers a range of student support resources, including the Queensland Student Hub Network, an international student hotline and student support staff dedicated to supporting and encouraging students.
Queensland prides itself on being a supportive, friendly and welcoming place for students. Tens of thousands of international students call Queensland their second home. We want to ensure students are supported and have a safe and happy experience when they choose to live in Queensland.
Queensland students can access a range of support services including free resources and information, access to student support officers, workshops and events through the Queensland Student Hub Network, and 24-hour phone support through 1800QSTUDY - Queensland's international student support hotline.

The online Queensland Student Hub is a state-wide support service for students, designed to enhance their study experience in Queensland.
Students can find online resources and information regarding studying, working and living in Queensland. As well as virtual support, the online Queensland Student Hub also offers online workshops, events and student support officers.

The Rainbow Hub is a free space in Brisbane and Cairns designed to support and empower international LGBTQI+ students and friends in Queensland.

1800QSTUDY (1800 778 839) is a hotline for international students across Queensland. The service supports students, agents, chaperones, parents and homestay providers with 24/7 phone support and general enquires regarding studying in Queensland. Please note, 1800QSTUDY is not an emergency service number. In an emergency, please dial Triple Zero (000) and ask for police, fire or ambulance.
